Design research – Graphic Reading – Obama

Visual text analysis of Barack Obama’s acceptance speech, held on 28 August 2008. Elements analysed are sentence structure and length, punctuation, applause-speech-ration etc. This project was carried out in the course 'Visual Rhetorics' of the Graduate School of the Arts (University of Berne) in collaboration with the Institute of German Studies.
