Report – EPFL's Climate and Sustainability Strategy

At the start of 2023, the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL) took a bold step by publishing its first-ever Climate and Sustainability Strategy. The document signals the institution’s dedication to environmental issues and aims to clearly convey the various environmental themes it intends to address.

To bring this strategy to life, Emphase crafted the layout for an interactive PDF. The design features a gradient color scheme and unique pictograms – the Diglû – to distinguish between the different thematic areas covered. This systematic approach results in a layout that is spacious and clear, enhancing quick understanding and readability of information, thus exemplifying EPFL's commitment to transparent communication and environmental action.
